Customer Service Account Specialist

Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for their valued customers.

In this role, you will oversee the entire customer experience-from initial lot initiation through final settlement-ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and personalized service every step of the way. As a trusted advocate for your accounts, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support and maintain high levels of satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing all transactions from start to finish.



  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering proactive and responsive support.



  • Coordinate settlements, payments, and order status with precision and urgency.



  • Work closely with internal departments and sales teams to ensure accuracy in pricing, terms, and customer records.



  • Monitor daily account activity to identify and resolve errors or delays.



  • Promote self-service options through the Customer Portal.



  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, proactively managing risk and escalating exceptions.




What You'll Bring:


  • Associate's Degree in Business or related field



  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, account management, or client service role



  • Strong math skills and analytical thinking



  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Spanish a plus!)



  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities



  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus



  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt to frequent interruptions



  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
