IT support experience - basic hardware/software support (HP pc's, win10/win11, Microsoft suite - specifically excel) 2. Financial services - needs to have worked for a financial services organization (ideally banking / wealth management) 3. White glove customer support - must have experience supporting high level users *Must be able to Interview this Wednesday 6/18 via Microsoft Teams (audio and video).* *Starts off as a 6 month contract with high likelihood to extend or hire in as an FTE. * *Highly prefer candidates who can start on Monday 6/30. * *Pay is set at $40.00 an hour for these roles. * *Job Description: * Our Client is currently ramping up their Operations organization to support the incoming influx of new employees onboardings and need technology consultants to support the set up and troubleshooting of the new Employees equipment. Role summary: We currently onboard new locations by assisting new employees with procuring their hardware, setting up their new equipment or existing equipment with the clients software and tools. We also request their entitlements through SailPoint and SNOW. To learn all of this information, we have introduction calls to meet the team, tech fact-finding calls to learn about their existing technology and other tech needs. Not often but this role could require travel if the new location meets a certain production criteria but often times that's not more than once a month. This could include weekend / overnight travel. If it plugs into the wall this IT Technician will typically assist with it. Windows 10 /11, office 365, ServiceNow is huge - knowing and understanding of that system. Use it for ticketing and knowledge articles, teams - full MS teams environment. They do utilize office / excel heavily. They are using Intune for MDM. Must be willing and flexible to travel once a month, could be on weekends depending on the location needed. Training will be initial 4-6 weeks and EST hours. For travel purposes, we prefer candidates close to a major airport hub. *Skills Preferred: * IT Support, Troubleshooting, Customer service, Windows 10 / 11, Desktop, Hardware, Office 365, ServiceNow *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
