*Overview:* We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Events Specialist to support our client's Corporate Event team. This role requires full-cycle event management expertise-planning, executing, and evaluating both in-person and virtual events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and is comfortable presenting post-event insights to stakeholders to demonstrate ROI.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end corporate events (on-site and virtual). * Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, A/V setup, and registration. * Develop and implement pre-event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement. * Create and deliver post-event reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and ROI. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution. * Maintain detailed project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope. * Utilize project management tools to track progress, assign tasks, and communicate updates. *Must-Have Skills:* * *Event Planning & Management:* Proven experience managing corporate events from concept to completion. * *Project Coordination:* Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with precision. * *Logistics Management:* Strong organizational skills to handle complex event logistics. * *Virtual Event Execution:* Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex. * *Marketing & Communications:* Experience with email campaigns, social media promotion, and event branding. * *Stakeholder Reporting:* Skilled in creating post-event summaries, dashboards, and ROI analyses. * *Calendaring & Scheduling:* Proficiency in managing executive calendars and coordinating meetings. * *Workfront or Similar Tools:* Hands-on experience with Workfront or equivalent project management software is required. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience working in a corporate or agency environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure setting. * Familiarity with CRM and event registration platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
