Location: Waunakee, WI \| On-site \| M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Division: Customer Support \| Duration: 4 months (Contract-to-Hire) Pay: $22.53/hr \| Benefits eligible Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and process customer orders using SAP and Microsoft Office tools. * Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support. * Collaborate with engineering, warehouse, and internal sales teams to resolve order-specific questions. * Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle. * Maintain detailed records and documentation in Outlook, Excel, and SAP. Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of customer service or order entry experience. * Strong computer skills and ability to type at least 45 WPM. * Analytical thinking and ability to learn technical product knowledge. * High school diploma or equivalent. Additional Information * Dress Code: Business casual Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.53 - $22.53/hr.
