As an engineer of the team, provide application support, vulnerability remediation planning and research, monthly patch delivery and remediation, and implementation of related processes across KeyBank computers. Collaborate closely with external vendors and KeyBank's Technology & Operations teams to ensure seamless and reliable computing experience for end users.

Contribute to the development, implementation, and enforcement of technology standards, and support the creation of technical documentation such as white papers and presentations. Responsible for research and analysis necessary to provide capacity and performance levels required to support business initiatives, as they pertain to KeyBank systems.

Conduct in-depth research to tackle complex, diverse challenges requiring sound judgment and analytical skills. Proactively resolve system and user-impacting issues across multiple environments, applications, and platforms.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience in end user vulnerability management.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or related field; or relevant work experience.
  • Basic understanding of security threats, vulnerabilities, and how that relates to the financial industry.
  • Strong risk-based analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with MECM\SCCM
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting.
  • Application packaging experience preferred.
  • Experience with Service Now preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000 to $94,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
