Project Manager - 5+ years experience

Marketing Campaign Team

This is an 8-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.

(On-site work required Tuesday through Thursday; remote work permitted Monday and Friday.)


Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Project Manager to lead the execution of 360 brand campaigns. This role will help drive operational efficiency and ensure that marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly from concept through delivery. You'll support alignment between creative, strategic, and production stakeholders while reinforcing timelines and priorities across all phases of campaign development.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or account management for creative campaigns
  • Passion for marketing, branding, and creative operations with a strong foundation in cross-functional communication and campaign planning
  • Proficient in project tracking and reporting tools, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiar with 360 campaign development processes and creative production workflows (film and 2D production)
  • Skilled in collaborating with brand, creative, production, PR, digital, social, and external agencies
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deliverables across various timelines
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities, creative directions, and leadership decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive, solution-oriented team player who can anticipate challenges and keep projects moving


Job Description

In this role, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of brand marketing campaigns.

You'll partner with creative, strategy, production, digital, and agency teams to ensure deliverables align with business goals and timelines. This includes owning project timelines, identifying and addressing risks, maintaining project status documentation, facilitating cross-team communication, and leading meetings to drive decisions and alignment.

You will also support ongoing process improvement initiatives, monitor budget alignment with project scope, and ensure a consistent and effective rollout of campaign deliverables-contributing to the success and visibility of the broader team.


Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Background in managing creative, brand, or integrated marketing campaigns

Experience working with or at a full-service creative agency is preferred

This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid on-site work (Tuesday-Thursday)

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $78.00 - $81.00 per hour

This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
