Job DescriptionThe Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core solutions. Our team brings business-to-business (B2B) payment solutions and associated services to clients worldwide who deploy our solutions to serve the needs of small businesses up thru multinational corporates and governments. We work closely with Issuers, Buyers, Suppliers, FinTechs, and other ecosystem players to deliver these services. This Senior Director, Commercial Product Solutions is responsible for modernizing and revolutionizing our B2B payments capabilities by innovating next generation capabilities and leading the product development of our flagship VCS Hub - B2B Payables experience. The Senior Director works closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable development and lead the execution. This role requires a results-driven professional who excels at managing complex B2B projects and delivering impactful B2B solutions. We are looking for a creative product leader to identify and guide the innovation of our ecosystem. The individual must have a vision for conceptualizing and developing the innovative solution to simultaneously address deep customer challenges, surpass current market offerings, and advance Visa's business strategy. The Senior Director will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders including Visa product and platform, technology, global and regional solutions, customer service, and relationship management teams to bring about an aligned strategy. The individual will operate in a matrixed environment, requiring the ability to communicate persuasively through both written and verbal means to align stakeholders and executives on business cases and objectives. * Build buy-in from senior executives and key stakeholders with persuasive storytelling that brings to life the customer need, business value proposition, and revenue opportunity * Make time/functionality tradeoffs and ensure consistent execution of product roadmap * Collaborating with engineering to modernize and scale our platform, improving operational efficiency * Own roadmaps and prioritization designed to deliver maximum business and customer value * Foster strong collaboration across product management, engineering, design, marketing, regions, client management, customer support, and other departments to ensure alignment * Build and deliver effective communications to senior management and stakeholders This is a hybrid position. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 181,100.00 to 283,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
