Senior Clerical Assistant - Child Support Hourly Pay Rate: $16.70 - $25.05 Closing Date: June 24, 2025. Or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions received. Job Summary: This position performs complex and varied clerical tasks which include maintaining the OnBase and KIDS databases, compiling data for reporting, data entry, processing incoming and outgoing documents, generating documents, and providing necessary clerical support to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, State Laws, and Mandates. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of office/customer service principles, methods, and practices; oral and written communication skills; analytical skills, basic math skills, skill in data entry and in using a personal computer, including the ability to query and retrieve information and produce word processing documents. Plan and work independently in a faced paced and high stress environment. The ability to work with multicultural populations and projecting a positive and concerned image to the public. Being sensitive to participants and learning child support regulations, policies, procedures, statutes and e-file requirements in order to work effectively and harmoniously with internal and external clients and the public with the capacity to maintain strict confidentiality. Physical Demands: Standing, Walking, Sitting, Reaching, Bending/Kneeling, Hearing, Talking, Visual, Typing, Writing, Manual Dexterity, Upper Extremity Repetitive Motion, Lifting/Carrying 10 lbs., Pushing/Pulling 10 lbs.
