Description Professional - Clinical NIGHT SHIFT Summary Fulltime Day/Overnight Flex Pharmacist Every Maine Medical Center - Portland pharmacist works in a clinical capacity reviewing medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborating with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulating recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice.The Flex Pharmacist is primarily centralized managing all daily operations in central pharmacy including, but not limited to, medication distribution, controlled substances, medication and supply inventory, non-sterile compounding, unit-dose repackaging, hazardous and sterile compounding, order review and verification, and pharmacy technician oversight. The Flex pharmacist self-schedules for daytime hours and flexes to cover overnights when needed. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
