Provide U.S. taxcompliance services to businesses. Apply and review U.S. tax provisions.Understand, analyze, and research the application of U.S. Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP) and Statutory Accounting Principles in the contextof clients' taxation. Assess the tax impact of business transactions, developpositions to support tax conclusions, and assist leadership with recommendingtax planning strategies to clients. Monitor the financial risk and performanceof tax engagements by tracking billing, collections, and progress againstbudget. Demonstrate in-depth tax accounting knowledge. Pursue businessdevelopment opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships andprofessional networks.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreignequivalent in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, BusinessAdministration, Commerce, or a related field, and 2 years of related workexperience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting,Finance, Taxation, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a relatedfield, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have2 years of experience with the following: Providing tax compliance services;Applying U.S. GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles; Assisting clients withtax allocations, including allocating Internal Revenue Code sections 704(c),743 and 734 basis adjustments, and allocating carried interest; and AnalyzingU.S. federal tax issues.

Must have an active Texas CPA license.

Travel to various locations throughoutthe U.S. up to 20% is required.

Telecommuting may be permitted withincommutable distance from the job location, depending on business need.
