Your Opportunity:Taylor is seeking a Order Picker who isresponsible for accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment in a warehouse or distribution center. This role involves operating material handling equipment and ensuring that products are picked and packed efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Your Responsibilities: Use order sheets or electronic systems to pick products from shelves, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively Pack products for shipment, ensuring that all items are secure and meet quality standards Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reporting discrepancies Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and notify supervisors of any issues Maintain accurate physical and electronic records of picked orders and report any discrepancies in inventory Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and shipping goals Your Shift: 2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm You Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures Requirements within this position: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand Regularly required to remain in a stationary position Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials Frequently required to move inside the facility; position may require standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry) We Would Also Prefer: Previous experience in order picker or warehouse operations Forklift certification The anticipated hourly pay for this position is $19.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
