The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the technical, scientific, and shared personnel oversight of Hudson Hospital & Clinic Laboratory Staff. The Laboratory Supervisor will share responsibilities supervising Hospital and Clinic lab staff with the Laboratory Manager. The Laboratory Supervisor is a member of the Hudson Laboratory Leadership Team and works in collaboration with the Laboratory Manager, Hudson leadership team and System Laboratory Administration, and others in support of the Triple Aim. The Triple Aim speaks to evidence-based quality services provided with an exceptional experience that is affordable. Duties of this position involve coordinating laboratory operations, including technical & operational support, supervision of staff and schedules, facilitating patient experience, and oversight of regulatory matters, and fostering a healthy work environment. This position is a combination of administration and assisting on the bench. Required Qualifications:
