Additional Compensation Details:

• $25.00 an hour - Wage Dependent on Experience and Location of Role
• Potential 90-day performance-based raise
• Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure
• $100 Meal Credit to our onsite markets on first day of work

The Role

Meets daily with supervisor to discuss daily duties such as location, area, aisle to be assigned to and worked. Maintain warehouse stock as requested by shipping as well as our warehouse inventory management program. Picking and receiving product as needed. Operators will be responsible for checking quality on product going into stock as well as assuring product is safely placed into inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (any combination of the following job duties):

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (36-degrees) for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Physical capacities to utilize moving motorized equipment (electric pallet jack, sit down forklift, stand-up forklift) in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to meet our standards in production or moves per hour
• Auditory ability to take orders via a headset
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants, employees and external customers
• Must be able to work independently and as a team
• All employees are responsible for food safety and are expected to notify the appropriate manager, supervisor or key personnel if they witness any compromise to food safety or food quality

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have ability to read, write and speak English
• Must have ability to take and pass a pre-employment drug test
• Ability to work full shifts with possible OT
• At least 3-6 months of warehouse or wholesale picking experience
• Standup forklift experience
• RF Scanner experience
• Riding Pallet Jack experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Any experience with produce
• Previous forklift experience
