HR Generalist A HR Generalist position in Spring Green, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This fully onsite role with a manufacturer is responsible for daily functions of Human Resources including recruiting, benefits, payroll, administrating HR policies programs, employee relations, compliance, and training. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. HR Generalist Responsibilities: - Full cycle recruiting and conducting new hire orientation and training. - Employee Relations including assisting management in resolving issues and concerns. - Maintain and update HR policies and job descriptions. - Maintains accurate employee records. -Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
