Position Summary Our growing company is looking for a Manufacturing Helper to join our team! In this role, you will assist operators on a production machine. The role offers the ability to promote to an operator role with higher pay in as little as 30 days! Shift Schedule: 3rd, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Pay rate: $21.28 Reasonable Accommodations Statement To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Assist in the safe operation of production equipment to produce quality products by continual adjustments of gauges that control speed, temperature, and pressure. Understands and adheres to all safety rules and procedures. Produce orders on time to satisfy customer needs and production requirements. Perform product labeling, packing, wrapping and helping to supply line for production. Assists with all required quality inspections, testing, and documentation. Comply with company standards with regard to housekeeping and 6S on machines and surrounding areas. Helps perform routine preventative maintenance. Other duties as assigned. Experience and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math, reading, and computer skills. High awareness toward safety. Ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking.
