We are looking for a visionary and execution-oriented leader to join our team as Senior Manager, Technology Partnerships, AI and Identity. This role sits at the intersection of identity, security, and artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for defining, executing, and scaling a winning strategy for AI-driven product partnerships that will shape the future of customer identity and access management (CIAM). You will be at the forefront of enabling developers and organizations-from fast-growing AI-native startups to large enterprises-to build secure, delightful, and intelligent agentic customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and experienced leader with a deep understanding of the identity landscape. They will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing technology partners to create joint solutions that drive customer value, accelerate market adoption, and generate new revenue streams. $289,000 USD Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
