Summary: The Project Coordinator supports the execution of Trauma Quality Programs' strategic and operational initiatives by providing comprehensive coordination, documentation, and communication support. Reporting to the Manager of Project Management and Process Development, this role facilitates the efficient execution of projects, tracks progress, supports system configuration and testing efforts, and ensures consistency across documentation and reporting. The coordinator serves as a key role in ensuring smooth project implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and business system readiness. This exempt position will report to the Manager, Project Management and Process Development in the Division of Research and Optimal Patient Care. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote. The anticipated salary range for this position is $61,600 - $67,000 (commensurate with related experience). Responsibilities: Project Coordination and Execution
