Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Manage a department / region responsible for loan transaction closings, ensuring end-to-end accuracy, customer satisfaction, and all regulatory requirements are met in a risk-controlled environment. * Spearhead and proactively define, implement, and enforce operational metrics & KPIs to ensure service standards are met and communicated timely to all internal stakeholders. * Lead and be at the forefront of all operational and middle office initiatives, identifying any inefficiencies and providing scalable long-term solutions. * Oversee and proactively manage the creation and continual refinement of the operating model -- including processes, controls, standards, and training surrounding the end-to-end lifecycle of a loan transaction. * Build and foster strong business relationships with key stakeholders across the firm, functioning a key representative for Loans Middle Office whilst maintaining feedback loops and identifying operational trends. * Represent Loans Middle Office in various business and risk settings, assisting with audit cycles, and providing operational read-outs when applicable. | |
