Role Objective
Support the Continuous Improvement Sr. Manager in driving operational effectiveness and efficiency in the supply chain by identifying, leading, and facilitating projects focused on improving and optimizing manufacturing and distribution processes. The Specialist will report to the Continuous Improvement Sr. Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence targets and contribute to the overall OpEx strategy. Exempt Compensation & Benefits
The expected starting pay for this role is between 92,200.00 - 126,800.00 per year. Within this range, an offer will depend on factors such as level of experience and technical competencies relevant to this specific role, as well as internal equity considerations.
