Job Description
Pay Range: $102,000-$140,000 Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. The Compensation Manager is responsible for implementing and managing compensation programs and policies that align with Quest Diagnostic's objectives and practices. This position is also responsible for ensuring that compensation programs are administered in compliance with internal pay policies and government regulations. The position is hybrid and will work from Quest's Secaucus, NJ HQ 3 days per week. Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities:
