About The Position The Program Supervisor, Energy Efficiency is responsible for overseeing and executing on objectives that further company and contractor implemented Energy Efficiency programs within Ameren Illinois' Energy Efficiency portfolio. The Program Supervisor, Energy Efficiency will serve as a point of contact for the execution of projects impacting the energy efficiency portfolio; will manage and maintain data; and will increase awareness of portfolio offerings with internal and external stakeholders. This role assists with leading less experienced staff, other Ameren personnel, external vendors, and partners to develop programs and offerings that will benefit Ameren Illinois' customers. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. MBA preferred. Five or more years of relevant experience required (e.g., contract compliance, marketing, accounting, technology, data reporting, engineering). May waive degree requirement for candidates with nine or more years of directly relevant experience, or for candidates with an Associate's degree with seven or more years of directly relevant experience. Technical career path level and salary depends upon applicant's credentials. Additional Job Description Pay Band: P3C, P4C Technical career path level and salary depends upon applicant's credentials. Compensation Range: $86,400.00 - $168,000.00* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
