Position Title: Set-Up Attendant Wage: $28.98/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Thursday Do you have experience as a CNC operator? Set-Up Attendant Responsibilities: - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Monitor machine safety - Set-up production machinery based on production schedule - Coordinate production materials (work-in-process, pallets, raw materials, etc.) with Material Handlers - Monitor product quality - Monitor tooling for maintenance and re-sharpening - Assist with employee training on production machinery - Run production after primary job functions are completed - Perform machine maintenance activities as assigned - Perform various duties as assigned - Report all activities to supervisor Requirements for Set-Up Attendant: - High school diploma, GED, HSED; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Secondary education level preferred, technical diploma or certificate - Experience with CNC equipment - Experience and ability with wood working equipment - Understand and utilize basic math skills - Basic reading and writing - Read measurement and gauge instruments - Basic computer knowledge - Maintain lift truck certification - Communicate effectively with various internal personnel, follow instructions, and work independently - Demonstrate dependability, reliability, and positive work attitude - Willing to work overtime QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
