Position Summary As a member of our Compensation team, you will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of compensation. You will work with the Compensation team, HR Operations teams to help deliver core processes and will work hard to ensure that the HR Business Partner teams are equipped with the tools to deliver to their clients and prioritize a high quality employee experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in the various global compensation reviews and also have responsibility for leading and/or participating in a number of other compensation related projects and processes as they arise, including compensation policies, pay transparency and communications. Candidates for this role should have a strong compensation analytics background as well as highly developed stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills. The successful individual will enjoy frequent interaction with stakeholders across all levels of seniority but will also pursue high quality operational excellence using expert level excel understanding to maximum effect. Deep knowledge of compensation practices across the Americas region is a given, but candidates will also be expected to have experience of working across other regions, so global experience will be vital. This is a highly involved role by virtue of the numbers of countries and senior level stakeholders the candidate would liaise with and would suit an individual looking to work within a complex matrixed environment.
