POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior GME Finance Manager, the Senior GME Financial Analyst serves as a strategic partner in the financial leadership of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) office at Boston Medical Center. This highly autonomous role will provide advanced analytical acumen, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex financial issues that significantly impact institutional performance and GME program sustainability. A core responsibility of this role is the oversight and execution of invoicing and financial reconciliation processes related to resident schedules. The Senior Analyst will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of interdepartmental and external billing, validate schedule data against contractual agreements, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain financial integrity. This includes close collaboration with program coordinators, clinical departments, and external affiliates to ensure alignment between operational activities and financial outcomes.
