ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Executive at Equiliem, you will play a critical role in driving new business across light industrial and skilled trades staffing. You'll sell into mid-market and enterprise clients in sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and industrial services. This role is ideal for a self-motivated hunter who thrives in high-volume staffing environments and knows how to build lasting client relationships. You'll have direct access to leadership, influence our growth strategy, and the autonomy to build your book of business-without the bureaucracy or red tape.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales & Business Development

* Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the light industrial and skilled trades sectors

* Sell staffing solutions including temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire for roles such as assemblers, machine operators, forklift drivers, welders, electricians, and maintenance techs

* Lead full-cycle sales from cold outreach to onboarding and ongoing account management

* Prospect into mid-sized manufacturing, logistics, and industrial companies using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach

* Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, plant managers, operations leaders, and facility supervisors

* Understand local and national labor market trends to position Equiliem's capabilities effectively and tailor solutions to client needs

Collaboration & Strategy

* Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure strong delivery and client satisfaction

* Provide real-time feedback on market trends, client needs, and service opportunities

* Collaborate with senior leadership to shape national growth strategy and go-to-market plans

* Contribute ideas and take ownership-this role offers the chance to influence how we scale

Sales Process & Accountability

* Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and track activities in the CRM

* Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights into client activity and deal progression

* Meet and exceed revenue targets through disciplined outreach and client development

* Represent Equiliem with professionalism, curiosity, and a commitment to delivering value

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

* 3-10+ years of experience in B2B staffing sales and/or workforce solutions

* Proven track record of hunting, closing, and growing new accounts

* Familiarity with EOR, payroll services a plus

* Strong communication and consultative selling skills

* Ability to work independently, manage a remote territory, and stay disciplined without micromanagement

* Comfort navigating across multiple industries and client types

* Passion for solving problems, not just filling jobs

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & WORK DETAILS

Budgeted Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 base with commission potential

Benefits Package Includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Life Insurance, 4 weeks PTO, 401K, and 7 paid holidays
