Description
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for helping the Creative Director with design support and development for all internal and external marketing materials. This position ensures the execution of the Ameris Bank brand as it adheres to brand guidelines on all external creative material. The Senior Graphic Designer develops captivating, branded marketing materials across all lines of business for the Bank. Other duties as assigned. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: * Provide creative design, support and collaboration with marketing team members and other divisions. * Conceptualize, plan, design, and produces a wide range of corporate graphics for both print and digital. * Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics. * Design various digital marketing materials such as templates, emails, website designs, social graphics and banners. * Design animated graphics for social and web. * Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects. * Produce different style guides, presentations, and project visualization for the creative teams. * Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met. * Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services. * Identifies, selects, and coordinates vendors for printing and publication services, as appropriate to the project. * Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools. Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: * Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite * High attention to visual details * Knowledge of animation and motion design software * Should be a creative thinker with imaginative skills and curious learner * Proven ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment * Demonstrated ability to prioritize workflow Industry and Work Experience: * 5+ years of relevant design experience Academic: * High school diploma or GED required * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or relevant field Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
