GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This role is responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates, building and nurturing a sustainable talent pipeline, and effectively managing candidate data within our CRM. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, data-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Salary range $27.00-$32.00 an hour. Based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and create an effective sourcing strategy for the various departments.


  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other creative channels.
  • Reach out to potential candidates through email, phone, and social media to introduce them to open positions and gauge their interest.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for critical and frequently recruited roles.
  • Proactively engage with candidates to keep them warm and informed of future opportunities.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the CRM
  • Segment and tag candidate profiles to optimize searchability and talent pool segmentation.
  • Utilize CRM data to provide insights on pipeline health, candidate engagement, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing metrics and candidate progress.
  • Collaborate with the broader TA team to align sourcing strategy with workforce planning.
  • Participate in recruitment projects and process improvements to enhance sourcing efficiency.
  • Assist with other recruiting initiatives and attend job fairs as needed.


EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:



  • An associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), (CRM) and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment.
  • Visual acuity and ability to read small print.
  • Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment.
  • Mobility and ability to move around the office as needed.
