The NIL Development Associate position helps support and advance fundraising efforts that directly benefit Name, Image, and Likeness opportunities. The position assists with the development, implementation, execution, and maintenance of strategies, policies, procedures, and goal setting for NIL fundraising. Job Responsibilities:* Researches, cultivates, and solicits gifts; stewards donors interested in supporting NIL initiatives* Maintains a portfolio of annual donors and conducts 15-20 visits per month* Assists in the planning and execution of NIL themed fundraising events; helps design giving programs targeted toward NIL engagement* Supports game day hospitality efforts focused on NIL donor stewardship * Collaborate with marketing department to produce NIL development materials and donor facing content* Assists with all events, including but not limited to the Billiken Golf Classic, Billiken Hall of Fame, Billiken Holiday Party, and various athletic alumni events* Performs other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* Knowledge of development/fundraising concepts and appropriate solicitation techniques* Strong interpersonal/human relations skills* Strong verbal and professional written communication skills* Marketing and presentation skills* Project management skills* Ability to interact with diplomacy and tact amid influential clients and diverse groups* Ability to maintain relationships with significant and influential individuals* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality* Ability to travel strategically and obtain results Minimum Qualifications -An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
