Your tasks Machine Operation: Operate, adjustment and monitor automatic machining & assembly lines to ensure a efficient and high quality production process. Quality Assurance: Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machining & assembly cells to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Process Optimization: Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and product quality. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections. Communication: In-depth communication with the quality departments to ensure high component quality Your profile Skills: Extend technical skills and understanding of machining & assembly processes; ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality parts. CNC Programming from the advantage Experience in Siemens 840D / One controlled machines Experience in using manual gauges Experience in working and control of ABB Robots Education and Experience: Prior experience in operating automatic machining & assembly lines or similar machinery in a Aluminum Machining Business.
