Job Summary As the Financial Operations Analyst, you will play a key strategic and hands-on role in supporting all financial and accounting activities for the facility. As a critical partner to plant leadership, you will provide financial insights and analysis to help guide operational decisions and promote accountability. This high-visibility position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the performance of one of Belden's most recognized brands. The role reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Finance Operations, with a dotted-line relationship to the Plant Manager, and is based on site at our Carson, CA facility. What you will do

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $74,600-$112,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
