Develops and administers the standard processes and procedures of the Health & Welfare and retirement programs to support, reward, and recognize existing talent while enabling Prisma Health to continually attract top talent.
Essential Functions

Be the difference Designs, manages, and administers the employee benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, valued, equitable and aligned with overall business strategy and financial plans to enhance the motivation and productivity of employees and to meet recruitment, wellness, and retention goals. Reviews program effectiveness and trends using rewards data from HRIS or other sources to develop and maintain market competitive reward packages. Leads the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment cycle including market analysis, plan design, cost modeling, stakeholder management, and communication. Ensures Prisma Health is in compliance with all benefits laws and regulations such as Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Affordable Care Act (ACA), and Internal Revenue Code. Monitor legislative and business changes impacting total rewards. Oversees the creation and updates of all Prisma Health policies and procedures related to Benefits. Collaborates with HR Business Partners and system leaders to understand their issues related to Benefits and provide education and counsel. Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of team members that may include final budget authority, hire/termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility and disciplinary authority. Job will be considered a member of management staff at Prisma Health or affiliate and will have direct reports.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field of study. Master's degree preferred Experience - Seven (7) years administering employee benefits programs. Experience in healthcare organization preferred.
