Responsibilities: SUPPORT COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT (CD) ADMINISTRATION- Supports ad-hoc reporting as well as other administrative activities in the CD organization (e.g. sales presentations, communications, SDB writing, CAP development support, etc.) Category Strategy: Product / brand category objectives Provide support to CD Manager (CDM) in developing 4P tactics for channel / customer to include Brand Objectives, Growth Drivers, Category Roadmap Strategies, Activation Tactics, New Item Plan by channel / customer from Brand plan, Shopper Marketing insights and tactics into the CAP. Customer Strategy:Forecast accuracy, sales performance targets, meeting sales goals, segmentation / resource allocation, improving customer service
Win at Retail: Improving execution Supports CDM in the development of CAP presentation for deployment Develop Valued Capabilities:Improving selling capabilities and adding customer value through improved analytics and insights, and continuous improvement Integrated Approach:Cross-functional communication, adoption of New Ways of Working with the HUB & CMI
