The Opportunity

The Producer Management Administrator is responsible for ensuring producer management data analyst have proper authorization and act in compliance with applicable laws and ensuring agents are set up in system and contacted appropriately. The Producer Management Administrator provides support to internal and external agents for all products and processes. To accomplish these tasks, Producer Management Administrators must work collaboratively with several other departments including Service Delivery.

Responsibilities

In this position you will:

• Log, analyze and track through execution of information regarding MRSI production sources for Producer Agreements
• Maintain new and revised Producer Agreements per company standards
• Maintain Producer Management Stakeholder SharePoint site
• Perform license verifications of all MRSI production sources (both admitted and non-admitted)
• Log, track and manage all GPA requests through completion per company standards
• Participate in the additions, changes and deletions of licensed/qualified MRSI production sources into the corporate systems and MRSI systems to enable business production
• Assist Service Delivery team members on daily operational tasks to support the internal/external needs of corporate stakeholders as assigned
• Assist in Service Delivery projects as requested
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external partners.
• Respond to phone call and email requests in a timely manner.
• Able to train others on standard processes.
• Understand and adhere to internal processes and controls.
• Understand licensing and appointment compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of set up, modification, and termination processes and systems.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess the following experience/skills/qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 3+ years of insurance licensing experience.
• Industry training, coursework, or certifications (i.e. AINS).
• Under routine supervision, provides producer management support.
• General knowledge of all, and proficient in multiple, operational processes.
• Proficient in the use of company systems and Microsoft Office.
• Understands and is able to train others on complex processes. A
• Able to lead or organize projects. Bases judgement on established procedures and experience.
• Strong technical skills. Still acquiring higher-level skills

The Company is open to considering candidates in Princeton, NJ. The salary range posted below applies to the Company's Princeton location.

The base salary range anticipated for this position is $53,500 - $73,600 plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. In addition, the company makes available a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

The salary estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for candidates hired in this position in NYC. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range.
