Location: Salem Hospital, 890 Oak St. SE, Salem, OR 97301 Your role with us Join Salem Hospital's 24-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Center, a comprehensive post-acute facility designed to help individuals regain independence and quality of life after life-changing illness, injury, or surgery. As a Clinical Nurse on this team, you'll deliver compassionate, coordinated care to a diverse adult patient population recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, trauma, cancer, limb loss, complex orthopedic events, and progressive neurological conditions. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, case managers, and nurses to develop tailored care plans focused on functional recovery and meaningful goals. Whether helping a patient take their first steps post-stroke or coaching them through everyday tasks in our ADL apartment, your work makes a real difference - every shift, every patient.
