Description

The Poison Center Health Educator role is responsible for the poison-related education for the State of Maine. This includes tracking center usage, development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of poison center health education programs offered, promotion of programs and services, and representation at appropriate state and local meetings involving prevention and education for poison-related issues.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Health Education, Public Health, or related field required.
