Position Summary:
The HR Program Coordinator supports the execution and administration of key HR programs and initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating projects related to employee engagement, onboarding, performance management, training, compliance, benefits, and other people-related processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support various HR programs, such as employee onboarding, employee engagement, performance reviews, and training initiatives.
- Assist in the development, communication, and tracking of HR program timelines, deliverables, and metrics.
- Maintain and update HR systems, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinates with Human Resources Business Partner team to facilitate program implementation and address employee inquiries.
- Support in US benefits related activities such as open enrollment, 401k, and leave management .
- Assist with compliance tasks such as audit preparation, training records, and policy distribution.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR support, coordination, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Attributes:

- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Experience with ADP Workforce now strongly preferred.
- Experience working with Notion
- Experience working on compensation projects to include the use of compensation tools like Pave, Carta, etc.
