We're passionate about our work, we believe there is always a better way, and we're looking for people like you.

Ready to reach your potential? It's time to look at Taylor.

Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation's Print & Service Solutions division is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive growth and build long-term client relationships within our Labeling Solutions vertical. You'll play a critical role in delivering labeling strategies that enhance supply chain performance, meet regulatory standards, and protect brand integrity for enterprise and mid-market customers.

Working within a collaborative and highly innovative environment, you'll leverage Taylor's expansive capabilities-from pressure-sensitive and linerless labels to digital printing, barcoding, serialization, and beyond-to solve complex business challenges in industries such as healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing, and logistics.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Take ownership of revenue generation with a focus on both exponential and incremental sales, targeting new logo acquisition and account expansion.
  • Build Pipeline Strategy: Develop and execute strategic market plans to identify new opportunities in key verticals, especially in industries with complex labeling needs (e.g., regulatory compliance, traceability, sustainability).
  • Client-Centered Solutions: Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to design customized labeling solutions that align with customer pain points, operational needs, and growth goals.
  • Leverage Taylor's Platform: Tap into Taylor's deep capabilities in labeling technology, materials science, and supply chain expertise to create compelling value propositions.
  • Demonstrate Labeling Tech: Become fluent in Taylor's labeling software and services; effectively demonstrate customer-facing technologies that improve labeling accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Consultative Selling: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, with a strong focus on problem-solving, ROI justification, and risk mitigation through smarter labeling strategies.
  • CRM and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and opportunity progress using Salesforce and other internal tools.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally across Taylor's business units to orchestrate full-spectrum labeling solutions-including production, kitting, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay up to date with market trends, labeling regulations (e.g., FDA, GHS, UDI), and digital innovations to inform and inspire customers.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of successful B2B sales-preferably in print, packaging, labeling, or related solution-based sales.
  • Proven success selling into enterprise and mid-market accounts in industries with complex labeling requirements.
  • A hunter mentality with a relentless focus on new business development and double-digit growth.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover client needs and tailor multifaceted solutions across the supply chain.
  • Understanding of labeling challenges across industries such as healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Ability to translate technical labeling features into strategic business value.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or serialized labeling solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of business in various vertical markets and your geographical location.
