Position Summary:

Shimadzu Scientific Instruments is seeking a Sales & Marketing Enablement Specialist to optimize the platforms, processes, and training that empower our sales teams. In this role, you'll lead the charge in optimizing tool usage, identifying best practices, and maximizing the impact of Shimadzu's sales enablement ecosystem. This role will drive adoption and strategic use of tools like Microsoft Dynamics Sales, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Demandbase. The ideal candidate is equally fluent in CRM systems and sales psychology-able to connect data with behavior to drive real change.

JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Maintain and optimize Microsoft Dynamics Sales platform for daily usability and reporting accuracy
• Train and support regional sales teams on CRM best practices and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Allego)
• Drive lead generation and campaign alignment through tools like ZoomInfo and Demandbase
• Analyze sales data and user behavior to identify gaps, usage trends, and training needs
• Document processes, develop playbooks, and enable team-wide consistency
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Sales leaders to streamline tech stack and integrations
• Act as an internal consultant to improve productivity through automation and enablement

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, CRM management, or sales operations
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems
• Proficient in ZoomInfo, Demandbase, HubSpot, or related digital prospecting tools
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Organized, proactive, and capable of leading tech-driven initiatives
• Coaching mindset with a service-first approach to internal stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits:

This full-time, non-exempt position comes with a comprehensive benefits package. In your first year, you will receive 10 paid vacation days, 8 paid personal days, 8 paid scheduled holidays and 3 paid floating holidays (Residents of California and Puerto Rico will receive state-mandated sick leave instead of personal days). After one year of employment, you will also be eligible for a generous short-term disability program with the company covering 100% of monthly premiums.

The starting salary range for this role is $80,000 to $82,000 annually, paid semi-monthly. As a non-exempt position, you will be eligible for overtime and double time pay, as outlined in our employee handbook. Additional variable compensation may include a discretionary year-end bonus based on overall company performance.
