Tyler Technologies is hiring an Operations Intern to join our Professional Services & Revenue Management teams in Orono, ME. This internship is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop key skills in operations, project coordination, and business analysis. This will be a part-time internship with an expected 20-30 hours per week in our Orono, ME office location. Location Orono, Maine Travel 0-5% Responsibilities Assist in the coordination and execution of operational projects that support revenue management and professional services. Analyze business processes and training documentation and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Support data integrity, reporting, and project tracking across multiple systems and teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve internal controls. Help prepare presentations and training documentation for professional services training. Contribute to the development of internal tools and resources that support service delivery and revenue tracking. Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members across departments. Qualifications Currently pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field. Strong organizational skills. Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience handling and interpreting data from various systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
