We are hiring a Global Vascular Sales Manager!!

The Global Vascular Solutions Sales Manager will manage the full global sales strategy for the Vascular Solutions product category (which includes Grip-Lok securement and AquaGuard moisture barrier product portfolios). The primary goals are driving revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and increased profitability through our international distribution network as well as global OEM partnerships, as well as managing a US sales executive who will lead the combined sales channel including inside sales, regional 1099 sales/distribution partnerships, and national distribution partners.

In this role you will be the direct account manager for non-US distribution partnerships as well as global OEM partnerships. You will lead a sales associate who directly manages the inside sales program and regional 1099/distribution network for this category inside the US. Your primary goals will be focused on developing and executing a cohesive sales plan across all segments of the global sales channel, while working with product marketing to drive engagement with all users, ensuring we achieve revenue/margin budget each year. An ability to influence and build relationships with cross-functional teams. as well as an ability to lead other sales executives and build cohesive reporting and metric attainment is an important aspect of this role.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Focus
a. Understand clinicians expectations for the products and the solutions they seek.
b. Record, analyze, and communicate voice of customer from both end consumers of our products but also from sales and distribution partners
c. Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
d. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
e. Effectively deliver project requirements both internally and externally and ensure follow ups and timelines are kept.
Sales Management Focus
a. Develop strategic plans to achieve revenue targets within the global territory
b. Conduct profitability and performance assessments with key distribution partners
c. Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for national OEM contract positions or international tender positions
d. Maintain account relationships in salesforce.com, establishing a management system to ensure flow of information and visibility to opportunities
i. While also establishing, incentivizing, and tracking growth objectives/quotas and evaluating performance
e. Collaborate with finance to produce forecasts for your territory and help develop attainable sales budgets for revenue and profitability
f. Drive execution of pricing initiatives
g. Conduct in-person evaluations and implementation support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related discipline
* Minimum of 8 years of account management, inside sales, or field sales in medical devices
* Vascular Access medical device experience is highly preferred
* Management experience of a team is highly preferred
* International business development, including foreign travel experience, is highly preferred
* Ability to speak additional languages is preferred
* Strong financial skills and business acumen

* Ability to travel internationally, outside of the United States
* Ability to achieve credentialing through Vendormate and other credentialing services in order to enter medical facilities

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. TIDI Products offers a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees, which currently includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, as well as paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law.
