The Director, Person-Centered Care Strategy and Innovation will work on high priority, high visibility initiatives in a rapidly evolving area within DaVita and the healthcare industry. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinical, operating, and business leaders across DaVita, and help chart the path toward a healthier tomorrow for all. This position plays a key role as a leader, strategist, thought partner, executor, and internal consultant in developing solutions to reduce outcome disparities among DaVita's patient population. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $110,100.00-$161,700.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
