We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated candidate for an Entry-Level Office Support Position at our Sioux Falls office to perform a variety of general office duties, work processes, and projects. This position requires a commitment to integrity, excellence, and proactive problem-solving. The incumbent should be an agile, self-motivated and highly collaborative team member who must develop a thorough understanding of firm and office specific processes, procedures and information technology systems. This is an on-site position Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Why Join Us?
Your Role: As an Office Assistant within our Office Services Department, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
What We're Looking For:
Required Experience: A High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working in a legal environment or professional services firm preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in firm's applications and document management system, including but not limited to MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, NetDocuments, Elite and other practice/functional area databases, as appropriate. Regular and predictable attendance is a core requirement of this position and the ability to work beyond the standard scheduled hours, as needed.
