Staffmark is searching for an experienced Industrial Engineer NC Programmer to work for Toshiba International Corp. Join our client's hard-working and driven team. Apply today!

Schedule: 1st shift, 8am - 5pm

Pay Rate: $40 - $43/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Create, optimize, and maintain NC programs in compliance with TIC and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Implement advanced cutting technologies to enhance quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve machining processes, solve production issues, and develop part fixturing.
  • Support commissioning of new CNC equipment and lead MasterCAM integration and transition.
  • Ensure alignment of routing, setup, and cycle times for machining operations.
  • Maintain CNC programming tools, DNC systems, and storage; update machining work instructions.
  • Work with Quality to improve in-process inspections and compliance procedures.




Qualifications:



  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering minimum
  • 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering
  • Experience with writing and maintaining NC Programs for CNC machines
