What success looks like in this role: About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack Analyst - Lead with strong hands-on .NET expertise, business analysis skills, and proven leadership across globally distributed teams. This role blends full-stack development, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery into one critical position. You'll serve as a bridge between clients, developers, and delivery teams, driving application rationalization, delivering modern .NET solutions, and ensuring seamless execution across the SDLC. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to process, and the ability to manage delivery from both onshore and offshore. Key Responsibilities Analysis & Client Engagement * Lead application rationalization initiatives to analyze and streamline legacy application portfolios. * Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications through interviews, workshops, and analysis. * Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations, reports, and executive summaries. * Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), business escalation meetings, and executive-level discussions. Project Coordination & Agile Execution * Coordinate day-to-day work across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clear direction and accountability. * Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Own project planning, release management, and process adherence throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Track and report on delivery health, dependencies, risks, and mitigations across timelines. * Align deliverables with scope, schedule, and quality expectations while supporting cross-functional collaboration. Technical & Development Responsibilities * Lead full stack development using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API), SQL Server, and Angular/React. * Hands on knowledge to participate and guide junior members in the team. * Gather, translate and drive technical and non-functional requirements based on * Understanding of Microsoft azure public cloud. * Provide hands-on coding, design, code reviews, and mentoring of junior team members. * Architect and integrate APIs, microservices, and enterprise components in scalable environments. * Collaborate on DevOps pipelines, automated testing, and secure, production-ready deployments. You will be successful in this role if you have: Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 12+ years of relevant experience and hands on knowledge with .NET. * Minimum 2+ years in a technical lead or analyst lead role. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to lead client meetings and write clear, impactful documentation. * Proven experience managing global teams with onshore-offshore coordination. * Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). * Experience participating in client-facing discussions, including QBRs and escalations. * Willingness to travel domestically within the U.S. (up to 30%). Preferred Qualifications * Experience in Azure cloud platform, containerization, or microservices architecture. * Understanding of DevOps, test automation, and release pipelines.
