Position Overview: The role of the Welder Associate is to operate multiple types of machinery and equipment throughout the plant as necessary in accordance with Avidity Science specifications and quality standards.

Key Job Responsibilities:




  • Operate machinery and equipment within the Welding, Finishing, Machining and Fabrication departments.



  • Perform all tasks of the Finishing Associate, Welder Associate, Machining Associate and Fabricator Associate.



  • Adjust and maintain set-ups.



  • Maintain a neat and orderly work environment following the 5S standards.



  • Use computer to enter labor hours.



  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.




Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of general welding experience.
