Strategy and Transformation Senior Manager The Opportunity: As a strategy advisor, you're passionate about helping organizations understand and reach their goals. As a member of the Strategy Organization, you'll lead interactions with all levels within the Company to plan and implement the capabilities and enabling tools required to meet business needs. You'll develop recommendations and solutions, bridging the gap between the company's high-level vision, strategy, and capabilities and the people, process, and technical solutions, and consider the identified constraints and existing technology. You'll present recommendations to the internal team and internal client, clearly articulating the solution concept and how it supports the business strategy, and provide techniques for implementation. You'll participate in a collaborative team environment in dynamic and changing project environments. You'll identify and anticipate future needs as you create their way forward. You will support transformational cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives, as well as develop perspectives on areas of stakeholder impact and where change management is required. You will also drive progress and content development for large, complex initiatives.You'll develop pragmatic strategic approaches and implementation plans, take full accountability for successful project delivery and demonstrated business impact, formulate recommendations and solutions on a range of topics pertinent to projects through primary and secondary research and analysis, and work independently to support multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
