About the Role
Impact you will make As the Senior Commercial Applications Administrator (Seismic + Gainsight), you will serve as the embedded system owner and strategic business partner for FinThrive's sales content platform (Seismic) and customer success platform (Gainsight). You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure these platforms are fully leveraged to drive customer lifecycle engagement, rep productivity, and content effectiveness. Your deep expertise in these systems and understanding of field workflows will help improve adoption, streamline business processes, and ensure ongoing alignment with Commercial goals.
What you will do
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Serve as the system administrator and business owner for Seismic, managing content structure, user access, Seismic Learn, and usage reporting.
- Ensure Marketing and Enablement teams are equipped to keep content aligned with campaigns, initiatives, and buyer journey stages.
- Train field users on Seismic best practices and monitor adoption, flagging usage trends and coaching opportunities.
- Administer Gainsight, overseeing user access, dashboards, playbooks, customer journeys, and health score configuration.
- Work closely with CS leadership to map lifecycle milestones into Gainsight workflows and automated processes.
- Ensure data integrity and process alignment across Gainsight, Salesforce, and BI tools.
- Partner with the Gong/Salesforce Administrator to ensure system harmony across Commercial technology stack.
- Contribute to monthly governance meetings with IT and cross-functional partners to align on change control, roadmap, and system compliance.
- Document configuration decisions, business requirements, and best practices to ensure knowledge continuity.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or other relevant experience
- 3+ years' experience with Seismic, Gainsight or equivalent Commercial Applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills along with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in all phases of project cycle with interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users
- Familiarity with change and release management processes
- Strong data management abilities
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
- Proven ability to work cross functionally with leaders across multiple departments along with end users
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Go-getter attitude with proven ability to thrive within in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A service-oriented attitude and customer focus
- Highly self-motivated and directed aptitude
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high pressure
- Experience working in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment
- Travel required: up to 10%
What we would like to see
- Proven track record in a role similar to Sales Enablement Specialist or Sales Operational Analyst
- Previous experience working in a Scrum/Agile/Fast Paced environment
