What you'll do at Jamf:

The Manager, Global Training & Enablement is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of initiatives that enhance the sales team's effectiveness and productivity growth. This role ensures that key sales and retention metrics are met through engaging, effective and relevant sales readiness training, job aids, resources, communications, and events.

This role is offered as hybrid, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week of your choosing. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Minneapolis, MN.

What you can expect to do in this role:



  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to design and implement best-in-class training and enablement programs to onboard new hires and continually level-up the revenue organization
  • Manage team's project portfolio and roadmap to strategically prioritize work, allocate resources, and ensure continuous delivery of enablement programming
  • Manage the planning and execution of regular sales communications and events, including weekly newsletters, monthly sales calls, and annual sales kickoffs
  • Drive consistent adoption and execution of Jamf's sales methodology, partnering with regional enablement and sales leaders to adapt for market changes and business needs
  • Own the development, maintenance, and evolution of sales playbooks to guide sellers in positioning Jamf's solutions and navigating sales conversations
  • Create coaching frameworks and tools for sales managers to use with their teams to ensure achievement of core sales competencies
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure success of enablement programming and rapidly iterate when necessary
  • Strategize with global GTM leaders to understand business goals, knowledge gaps and maintain alignment for overall employee efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including enablement teams, revenue operations, marketing, and product leaders to ensure enablement initiatives seamlessly integrate into GTM strategy and align with Jamf's broader business objectives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of enablement technologies, LMS platforms, and AI-powered learning tools to drive operational efficiencies

What we are looking for:



  • Minimum of 5 years in sales enablement, corporate training, or sales leadership, preferably in the enterprise SaaS industry (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years managing hybrid or remote teams (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years as a quota-carrying sales representative, preferably in the enterprise SaaS industry (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years originating, planning, and leading cross-functional projects(Preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years working with sales processes and methodologies; preferred experience with Value Selling and MEDDPICC (Preferred)
  • High School Diploma / GED (Required)
  • 4-year / Bachelor's degree in: Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, Adult Learning or a related field (Preferred)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered

The below annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
