How you will make history here...

  • Play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for multiple senior executives in our newly established Growth Office.
  • Serve as an informal "Chief of Staff" for the Chief Growth Officer.
  • Support broader business initiatives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and passion for food and hospitality.

What you will do...

  • Proactively manage complex calendars, including meetings, plant visits, vendor calls, internal events, and travel across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Prepare polished presentations, reports, and communications for internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, tastings, product launches, and industry events.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal departments (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain) and external stakeholders.
  • Track and manage expenses, process invoices, and support budget tracking for executive-level projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive business and personnel information.
  • Support special projects such as new product rollouts, seasonal planning, and operational reviews.

Who you will work with...

  • Two senior leaders in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
  • External stakeholders such as suppliers and industry partners.

What you bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional, preferably in food, beverage, hospitality, or consumer goods.
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Teams or Slack.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain discretion.
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for the food & beverage industry.

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting executives in a manufacturing, restaurant, or retail food environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, vendor management, or food safety processes.
  • Ability to use emerging technologies for assistance managing executive communication

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$81,700-$117,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
