EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Sky Federal Credit Union’s Livingston, MT office has an opening for an Executive Assistant to the President/CEO.

• This position will provide confidential, professional, and administrative support for the President that includes a wide range of administrative duties to be handled with confidentiality and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
• This position will also research data in preparation of reports, manuals, spreadsheets, monthly board packets, and other administrative correspondence utilizing a broad range of computer applications.
• The successful candidate will interface with management, board members, external contacts of the Credit Union, and members.
• The successful candidate must be proficient in executive secretarial skills to include excellent keyboarding, calculator, spreadsheets, and Adobe Pro.
